001.You act in TV series (“Hitting the Breaks” from 2016) and films ('Devil's Prey' from 2001), stage plays (Hell Bent for Good Times from 1992),

musicals (Guys and Dolls from 1992), was an assistant (for executive producer Russ Markowitz on the film 'The Way of the Gun' from

2000), does TV commercials (Bacardi & Cola from 2003) and you was a model. If you have to make a choice from all your work, which you

prefer to do. What would this be then?

When I was in college I played in musicals and a play. For the past three years I have studied singing and would really like to pick up singing again.

I'm getting better at singing, although it's never been my forte. But dancing is my greatest passion in life, my first love. Comedy comes second.

Making people laugh is the best thing there is. I've always preferred playing in front of a live audience. Some TV shows still record in front of a live

audience. So I prefer to do comedy acting for TV series.

002.You sometimes hear that every character an actor or actress plays contains something of himself. Can you name both a agreement and a

major difference in character trait between yourself and Samantha Chambers from the TV series “Valley Peaks” of 2009?

We all have many sides to our personality. I think we get explore different parts of us that may exist, but may be suppressed. Maybe some things are

not acceptable, but as an actor you are uninhibited and you can explore this 100%. Like Samantha, I can be very very dramatic myself sometimes,

haha. But I'm not a drunk. I think she has a drinking problem. Samantha couldn't belong to my own circle of friends either. She's too full of herself. My

own friends are very down to earth.

003.At what point in your career are you most proud so far and/or do you have the best memories?

I keep so many good memories to my work. My favorite role was Lynne in the films ‘National Lampoon Presents Dorm Daze’ from 2003,

‘Dorm Daze 2’ from 2006 and ‘Transylmania’ from 2009. The time in Romania for the movie 'Transylmania' was amazing. Shooting in a Gothic castle

in the place Hunedoara. It was a dream come true. For me the audience is the most important, that's all that matters. Entertainment is for the public.

Critics will always be critics and they tend to belittle comedy.

004.How do you look back on your time as a model?

Modeling was never my focus, just a part of my life. I only modeled for one company from 2004 to 2012. I'm not tall, so I always thought I was lucky to

get paid for modeling. I'm not a typical model either, more of a pin-up. In 1995, I was lucky enough to be chosen by photographer Herb Ritts to be

photographed with comedian Milton Berle for Vanity Fair magazine. It was just my body, but wow, working with two such legends was amazing.

005.Over the years you have worked with quite a few Hollywood stars. However, who impressed you the most?

My hero is my uncle James Best (Sheriff Rosco Coltrane in the TV series "The Dukes of Hazzard" from 1979). He was truly briljant and a nice man. I

worked with my uncle in 1992 on the play Hell Bent for Good Times, on the TV movie ‘The Dukes of Hazzard: Reunion!’ from 1997 and on the movie

‘Return of the Killer Shrews’ from 2012. I also loved working with Buddy Hackett (in two episodes of the TV series “Action” from 2000, ed.), John

Ritter (in a guest role on the TV series “Tucker” from 2001, ed.) and Bryan Cranston (in a guest role on the TV series “Malcolm in the Middle” from

2005, ed.). I don't like to talk badly about people. It sometimes happens that someone is cast because of his or her popularity, not because the role

fits that well. And then you work with them and they just turn out not to be nice or funny. I would like to work with Jason Bateman, Ewan McGregor

and Will Ferrell in the future. I really like them very much. They are brilliant and funny people. I absolutely love Will Ferrell. His movie ‘Eurovision

Song Contest: The Song of Fire Saga’ from 2020 was my favorite movie last year.

006.What can we expect from you in the future in showbiz?

There are some things planned, but unfortunately I can't tell you anything about it yet.
