001.What is your favorite CD and why?
Currently is that Amy Winehouse's CD's 'Back To Black'. She uses a lot of music styles from different generations. You also hear the wisdom in her
002.What is your favorite song?
That's hard to choose. But, for example, I find the songs "Me & Mr. Jones", "Back To Black" and "Wake Up Alone” from Amy Winehouse all very good.
003.Do you ever listen music just before filming?
Hell yes. In my opinion, there is no greater tool to prepare you than a song that you relate to the character you play or the story itself.
004.How important is music in your life?
Music was already important to us at home before I could walk. I love many different types of music. From bolero's to ballads, from salsa to disco,
and from hip hop to freestyle and alternative music.
005.Who is your favorite singer (men or women) and group?
Here I have a lot of favorites. For example, I think of the men Marc Anthony, Marvin Gaye, Donny Hathaway and John Legend are super. At the
women I find Mary J. Blidge, Celia Cruz, Aretha Franklin, La Lupe and Jill Scott very good. And I love the music of Prince. Although, he is of course a
singer, I consider him as my favorite group, haha !!!!
006.With who would you like to sing a duet?
In that case I go for Prince. But yes, that's not happening anymore.
007.What is your favourite sport? And do you practice a sport yourself?
In sports I'm really very bad. I prefer to do volleyball and softball. I like to go to baseball matches (that's really a Dominican thing). But I love also to
watch basketball and football.
008.You act in TV series ("Scrubs"), movies ('King of the Jungle'), are producer ('Glow Ropes: The Rise and Fall of a Bar Mitzvah Emcee ')
sings (in two episodes of "Scrubs") and are director (the short movie 'The Passion'). But what do you prefer?
For me, acting is the most important thing. Directing an episode of a TV series like mine "Scrubs" - colleague Zach Braff (Dr. John 'J.D.' Dorian in
"Scrubs", ed.) did I would very much like to someday in the future.
009.Your sisters Joselin and Fidia are also actresses. Do you like it an idea to work with the three of you on one project?
My twin sister Joselin has once played a guest role twice as Gabriella Espinosa in the third season of the TV series "Scrubs". But with Fidias, I have
never worked at a same project. It seems very nice to work with my two sisters on one project. So we have a talk about a theater project to do that in
part become autobiographical and is about a Dominican somebody who grows up in the Bronx too New York in America.
010.Many Hollywood stars have performed a guest role in the TV series "Scrubs". However, who has made the most impression on you and
who fell some against it?
The most interesting I found Erik Estrada. He played a guest role in the third season and I was just speechless. But yes, what do you want too?
When I was little, I was in love with Ponch (the character that Erik Estrada played in the TV series "ChiPs" from 1977). Although I do not have a
scene with him, I liked that Jason Bateman played a role in the fifth season. I was also in love with him me when I was little girl. And nobody is me to
be honest fallen down.
011.Could you explain the success of the TV series "Scrubs"?
Because I was in it, of course, haha !!!! No seriously. It was a series where the cast was very good acted, the writers always wrote a lot of fun writing
and what is important too is that she did not take themselve too seriously when thinking about the episodes.
012.How did you make sure that a role remained interesting to play for so long? And with which "Scrubs" - castlid did you get the best friends?
After each season we did not know if we went through. That kept your interest so fast! I had the gratitude to play such a very nice role for so long.
And one of the key things to our success were the fact that everyone in the cast was very close to each other there really was a family feeling. You
also watched how much fun we experienced to make the series.
013.What can we expect from you on showbiz area in the future?
There are some things in the planning, but unfortunately I can not tell you about that.
